We got great value for our money at Capella! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big lap pool and beautiful green surroundings. The staff treated us with care and attended to our needs.

Staff are very friendly,, very helpful,,, all facilities are around you,,, easy access to every where...amazing location. I just loved my stay... my daughter loved the city and the facilities.

The elevators smelled very horrible, as if you are in middle of toilet. Room rates are fine but the food & other facilities were a bit expensive.

The service was excellent and best of all, I could bring along my dog. Even though she is bigger and heavier than permitted, she was allowed to stay in our one bedroom villa. Fantastic stay and will definitely stay at Capella again with my family and dog.

The downside is that only 2 adults are allowed in the one bedroom villa. It would be fantastic if Capella would allow 3 adults, ofcourse no extra bed will be provided.

The hotel is beautifully designed and has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The food served at the in-house restaurant was delicious and well-presented.

the hotel's facilities were poorly maintained. The in-room dining food was below par, with cold and overcooked dishes, and even basic amenities like butter were missing.

The stay was really fantastic. We had some pleasant surprises for our daughter and ourselves as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. We simply love the nature around us, the trees, the sea, the hornbills, peacocks that were free to roam. The staff were really friendly and personal. Thank you Capella.

This is the second time since our last stay which we return to the knolls for our breakfast. The spread was the same hence wen felt that it was not value for money to spend at the knolls for breakfast as we did not eat much,

The architecture and design of this ultra-luxury hotel were simply thrilling! The unique and high-end resort, designed by a renowned British architecture firm, had a modern and mechanical feel that was refreshing. The landscape and garden were immaculately kept, adding to the overall beauty of the place.

While there were many positive aspects, there were a few things that could be improved upon. The spa experience was marred by a communication issue, resulting in wasted time and unnecessary stress.

One of the loveliest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. All the staff were well trained and attentive. Lovely rooms and we recommend the rooms with the ocean view.

Perfect place to relax in,Staff is so friendly and helpful and professional. Beautiful view,rooms,pool and great food. i had the best seabass risotto ever from made by a spanish chef. Also,enjoyed the band that complements the amazing view from the terrace . I would definately go back and recommend it to my frinds and family.. I left capella happy and so relaxed!

The only thing, There were no arabic channels. The beach is far and public and not good for swimming.
